- Career development -- as you help us grow, you'll pave the way for your own career growth and be ideally positioned to pursue a variety of career paths within our dynamic organization.
- Autonomy -- while we have clearly defined expectations in terms of quality targets, we'll look to you to achieve your goals with minimal supervision; you'll have plenty of support when you need it and "elbow room' when you don't.

- Excellent compensation -- in addition to a competitive salary and bonus potential, we offer a rich benefits package that includes all you would expect plus a few features that will pleasantly surprise you. For example, our medical and dental plans are 100% paid, and our 401(k) plan features a generous employer contribution based on company performance.

- Achieve your objectives independently while keeping the Quality Manager in the loop.
